NWCSRA Board Members
Northern Will County Special Recreation Association is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from each of our voting member agencies. The Board of Directors meets the 4th Wednesday of the month at 1:30pm. Meetings are held at the NWCSRA office, 10 Montrose Dr., Romeoville, IL 60446, and are open to the public. Refer to the meeting schedule for exact dates and times as there as some exceptions.

Pursuant to Public Act 101-4640, which amends the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120, et. seq., please note the following:
- Board Members may participate in the Board Meeting via audio or video conference with or without a physical quorum present.
- If there is no physical quorum present, the public may participate via the same electronic means as the Board members in real time in order to ask questions of the Board and staff during the meeting.
- If the Board Meeting is held in person, the public may still attend, but will be requested to maintain social distancing.
- If the Board Meeting is held in person with a physical quorum present, the public is encouraged to submit any questions and comments via email to the Interim Executive Director, Jill Mukushina in advance of the meeting at: jmukushina@nwcsra.org. The questions will be read aloud to the Board at the meeting.
