Who Can Benefit?

Anyone! Examples include those who experience ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, dementia, stroke, TBI, mental health issues, chronic stress, or need to regulate their body and emotions.

A Typical Session

  • 30-60 minutes in length
  • Complete an intake and discuss goals
  • Sessions are individualized and participant driven
  • Sessions start slow, progress within your comfort zone
  • Session discussion and plan for next session
