Please note that when registering for programs: NWCSRA member agency resident rates will be reflected with a discount prior to checkout. If you are a resident in an NWCSRA member agency and do not see the discount reflected, please contact the NWCSRA Office at 815-407-1819.
To streamline your registration experience please follow the online process below to complete your Annual Information Form (AIF) prior to registering for programs.
Here’s How It Works:
- Access Your Online Account
- Prior to registering online or submitting any physical forms, you must log into your Amilia account.
- Locate and Add the Membership
- Locate the tab labeled ‘Memberships’ below
- Select the “2025 NWCSRA Annual Membership” option and click ‘Add to Cart’
- Choose participants: Select each family member who participates in our programs and needs to complete an AIF. Please note, family members who only attend family events do not require an AIF.
- Checkout (Free of Charge)
- Click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
- Follow the prompts to agree to the terms and continue to ‘Proceed to Payment’
- Although the membership is free, you must proceed through the ‘Proceed to Payment’ step to access the mandatory questions.
- Fill out all required questions for the selected family members. These questions are crucial for updating our records.
- After answering the questions, click ‘Proceed to Payment’ again to finalize the process.
- Finalize Your Registration
- With your AIF now submitted online, you are all set to continue with your program registrations without any delays.
Why Is This Important?
Completing the AIF online before registration begins helps us ensure that we have all the necessary information to provide the best experience for your family. It also significantly reduces the need for our staff to request additional information over the phone, making the process quicker and more efficient for everyone.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION
Families interested in applying for a scholarship through NWCSRA must complete the scholarship application online first and be approved before registering for any programs. DO NOT register for programs until your scholarship is approved.
The scholarship application can be found in our online registration system in the scholarship forms tab. There are two scholarships available under the tab. Make sure to select the Scholarship W/S 2025 for all programs. The 2025 Day Program scholarship is ONLY for those enrolled in our Adult Day Program.
Once you have completed the “purchase” of the scholarship, send an email to Brenda at bcresap@nwcsra.org notifying her that you have applied for a scholarship. Do not register for any programs until an NWCSRA staff contacts you to notify you of your eligibility for a scholarship. An NWCSRA staff will notify you once your scholarship has been approved so that you can register for programs.
