Meet an upbeat group of individuals working to make recreation fun for everyone! Join the Northern Will County SRA team and have a ball assisting children, teens and adults with disabilities during daytime, after-school, evening or weekend hours.
Your commitment can be minimal or considerable. Everyone, regardless of experience, is encouraged to apply. Work schedules are flexible and you have the ability to design your own schedule.
Involvement in Northern Will County SRA programs requires enthusiasm, patience, commitment and dedication. Applicants must be 16 years or older to be eligible for part-time employment. Interested individuals under 16 years of age are encouraged to volunteer to gain valuable experience. Northern Will County SRA is a not-for-profit Special Recreation Association providing year-round community based Therapeutic Recreation programs for children and adults with disabilities. Internships, as well as field work and observation hours, are an excellent opportunity to learn more about the field and develop a basic professional foundation for a career.
