After School Program
Welcome to NWCSRA’s After School Program for Valley View Students!
The After School Program will follow Valley View School District’s academic calendar. The After School Program is not held on school holidays, breaks, early dismissals, or school closings.
Each day we will provide games and activities. Participants should bring a snack. If your child is not toilet-trained, please provide diapers and wipes.
Registrations are taken on a first-come first-served basis and there are a limited number of spots. In order for your registration to be processed, we need the first month’s payment and and Annual Information Form (AIF) for your child. Upon receiving your registration and AIF, Megan Siebert will contact you to set up an intake assessment.
If you have any questions prior to registering, please contact Megan at (815) 407-1819 ext. 212 or at email@example.com.
In order to be enrolled in the program, participants must adhere to the following behavior guidelines:
- Show respect to all participants, staff, volunteers, and parents.
- Abstain from using abusive or foul language.
- Refrain from causing bodily harm to other participants, staff, coaches, volunteers, and parents/guardians.
- Demonstrate respect to equipment, supplies, uniforms, and facilities.
- Represent NWCSRA in a manner that is consistent with the goals, objectives, and ethics of the association.
Parents will need to arrange transportation for the student. If your student takes a bus or is on special education busing through the Valley View School District, please contact your school and the VVSD Transportation Department to arrange drop off at NWCSRA’s After School Program: 10 Montrose Drive, Romeoville.
If your child will need to take medication during program, a Medication Dispense Waiver must be completed in order for our staff to administer medication. All medication must be in original dosage containers clearly labeled with your son/daughter’s name and dosage instructions (time of day, with food, etc.). Please inform staff of any medication changes. This allows our staff to provide all the necessary information to a paramedic in an emergency situation.
To report an absence, please call Megan at (815) 407-1819 ext. 212 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
